How can I return my product?

If your product does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to return it to us.

You can make your return request via our contact form .

Please note that we will only accept returns of unworn, unstained, undamaged products, sealed and in their original packaging.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Logistical errors are rare but unfortunately can happen. We are committed to resolving any shipping errors as quickly as possible, so we invite you to contact us as soon as possible via our contact form , specifying your order number.

We will then make sure to get back to you as quickly as possible to provide you with a solution.

Are returns free?

Return costs are free for all orders delivered in Metropolitan France.

We invite you to use Rafale's return methods, we do not reimburse return shipping invoices on your own.

Outside mainland France, return costs are your responsibility but will be refunded in credit upon simple request. To do this, simply take a photo of the return shipping invoice and send it to the address: contact@rafalemarket.com

How does the loyalty program work?

To participate in the loyalty program, log in or create an account here .

Then go to the widget 🔥 at the bottom of the page.

The more points you earn, the more benefits you gain, such as discounts.

You earn points by following us on social networks, making purchases on Rafale and sponsoring your friends.

You can find the sum of your points directly on the Loyalty Program widget and you can use your discounts in the “My rewards” tab.
